Sealing Driveway/Deck Pavers
This is our newest service and it does wonders
for the appearance for all of your paver surfaces. If you have pavers that are not sealed, they will be susceptible
to accelerated algae and mold growth. This leads to accelerated decay and deterioration. This is because pavers are pourous which
means that they absorb and trap water and dirt like a sponge. If you get rust stains on unsealed pavers they are extremely
difficult to clean and you might have to have them replaced. With the sealer all it takes to get tough stains out
is a quick pressure washing.
What we do:
We begin by bleaching and pressure cleaning them in order to make sure that all dirt and contaminants are gone, then we acid wash the pavers in order to properly etch them for sealing.
Etching is the process of making a surface pourous or rough so that the sealer can stick properly. The next step is to take
fresh silica sand, which is algae resistant, and brush it into the cracks to ensure that algae and other plants will not grow
up from underneath the seal. We then apply sealant. Once finished the pavers have a solid and more uniform
appearance, and when it rains you can take comfort in the fact that the water is beading up and running off as opposed to
soaking into the pavers and reducing the life and quality of your deck or driveway. We take extra care to make sure your windows
and other vulnerable surfaces are protected from overspray. If your pavers are loose around the edge, we can tighten them
up for you. Don't worry if you have something huge that needs to be moved(jacuzzis, pool tables, ect.), we can take care of
that too. After we are finished, if you see anything wrong with the job we did, let us know within 30 days and we will come
by and take care of it at no charge. It is normal to see some whitish spotting, or efforescence. This is not a problem and
is actually expected by us at every job. The work is guaranteed for 1 year, which means if your sand washes out or if you
have problems with algae growth and sealer deterioration we will come back and fix it.

Dock Washing/Sealing
Do you have a dock in your backyard? If so, you are a lucky, lucky person. However, docks, like
everything else, are sucbject to the elements. Does your dock have algae or mold growing on it? We can pressure
clean your dock and its roof(if it has one) and give it a uniform and clean appearance. If you are getting your dock cleaned,
it is probably a good idea to have it sealed as well. As fishermen we care about the lagoon, so we use an enviornmentally
friendly sealer to seal and protect your dock from the sun and rain.
Wasp Nest Removal
Mud wasps are like bums squatting in the corners and shady crevices on your house. The
worst thing about them is that often times they can remove paint. Our 5 step process for cleaning these nuisances is designed
to get rid of the glue-like mud, and leave the paint. There are some nests that have already deteriorated the paint and all
that can be done is apply touch up spots with a brush. For wood surfaces this is especially common. However, in most cases
these nests are thoroughly cleaned up without harm to any painted surfaces.
