If you have a sidewalk that goes along the street, your clean driveway will look twice as
nice with a clean sidewalk. Curbs also fill up with dirt and algae, we just crank up our 4000 psi. machines and
grime doesn't stand a chance. If you want your driveway painted or sealed we can do that too. For many houses
we charge between 40 and 100 dollars to pressure clean the driveway and sidewalks
in front of the house. After we do that we usually charge between 30 and 60 dollars
for the rust removal.
**NOTE** Rust Removal includes rust stains on the front of the house as well.
We use a 3 step process to make your driveway look new again. First we spray a chemical mixture that kills algae
and breaks up dirt and grime. Then we take the pressure washer to it. The driveway is blasted clean without damaging the concrete
but there is still an orange stain. This is probably from Florida's mineral rich aquifer spraying through your sprinkler systems.
We have a second chemical wash that we spray on and it makes the rust stains disappear like magic. For this driveway the whole process took an hour and a half.

Calcium, lime, and rust removal.
Everyone knows that Florida's Aquifer is saturated
with lime, iron, sulfer and calcium. These minerals are what make the water stink and they produce the orange and brown stains
that you see on so many concrete surfaces. We have the chemicals and skill necessary to kill most rust stains without
hurting your plants or paint. Unfortunately, there are some rust stains that are so bad that even we can't get them out
but we do test spots to make sure that you are getting what you are paying for. We can even install sprinkler guards to keep
the rust from coming back.

Roofs
A tarnished roof can make a house look worse than almost
any other surface. In addition to this, mold and algae that causes this can eventually find its way inside your roof.

These pictures were taken at different times in the day, but you can still see the huge stain
that is no longer there. On shingle roofs we use a no pressure cleaning system, where we spray a proprietary chemical
wash on top of the algae and then simply rinse it off. The chemicals we use are 100% enviornmentally safe and WILL NOT HARM YOUR PLANTS!! The byproducts are Salt and Water, like the air in florida. If you have
a tile roof, you can get a chemical wash too. The chemical mixture that is used by us to clean roofs is a proprietery blend
of cleaners that makes the dirt disappear. Most of the time the cleaner does not even need to be rinsed off.The roof above was appx. 3000 sq feet and we charged 250 dollars.
For tile roofs that are extremely dirty, pressure washing is needed to clean the most stubborn of algaes and wild growths.
In the case of the roof below, it was 4200 sq feet and we cleaned it for 400 dollars.

Pool Decks
There are a lot of things that can make your pool deck dirty. These jobs require special
care to not damage paint and screens, and keep all the dirt from running into your pool. In addition to this, if you have
a screen enclosure we will be more than happy to hook up our extention and take the gunk right off of the hard to reach places
right over the pool. Smaller pool decks can be done for as little as 40
dollars and include pool skimming and thorough rinsing so theres no mess left behind.

Anywhere there is shade is a good place for algae to grow. Most of the time thats the
north side of your house. The good news is, we can make the outside of your house look almost new again. If the paint is wearing
out we have the equipment and experience necessary to take the paint down the concrete so that you can put a new paint job
on your house. If you dont need paint and just want the walls rinsed off because theres dirt and spider webs on them,
we do most single family homes for somewhere between 75 and 200 dollars.
We offer specialized cleaning processes for removing mud-wasp nests and spider webs so as not to damage the paint or charge
you for extra time.

Screen Enclosures
If you have a screen enclosure over your pool and it grows algae on it, Its important to get rid
of it as quickly as possible so it doesn't hurt the finish on the aluminum. The only way to clean this flying algae
is to hit it with a pressure cleaner, however, some screen enclosures can be 20 feet tall or more. This is no problem for
us because we have extensions and ladders to ensure that we get every last bit of algae hiding on all sides of your aluminum.
We charge anywhere between 50 and 150 dollars for most screen enclosures
because there are so many different sizes and styles.

Facia and Soffits
When your facia or soffits are dirty, it makes your whole house look dirty to visitors.
No one wants to get up and scrub these over-hanging surfaces, and the garden hose won't do the trick. Some people take a pressure
washer and spray directly up into your soffits for prolonged periods of time which can cause water damage, mold, and other
problems for your house. Our service includes spraying a cleaner lightly over the soffits and facia which is rinsed off completely
without spraying water into your attic. We usually charge between 50 and 100 dollars
to clean these around a typical, one-story, three bedroom house, depending on how dirty they are. If you have stains on your
