Pool Resurfacing Preparation
For pool contractors who want to find someone to handle the preparation work for cheap, you have
come to the right place. We do most small pools for $350 which includes materials. This includes more than just the water
blasting of all the rotten pool plaster. We also cut the edges out around the pool and fixtures, roll the adhesive coating
on, and prepare the submerged portion of the tile work using homosote. Pool jobs like these normally can be done in 1 day. Of
course all work is quoted and agreed upon before it begins on an individual job basis but you can call or e-mail

Paint Removal/Surface Preparation
When a house is being repainted, pressure washing is usually necessary to not only clean the surface,
but to blast any deteriorated paint off. Sometimes all of the years of paint have to come off at once. Our machines
are strong enough to blast through concrete and we dont leave a huge mess behind. Most paint chips are gathered up by large
tarps and then drained through screen to avoid dumping them in the ground. We can also do caulking, stucco repair, and hedge
and tree trimming as necessary to prepare a house for paint.

Homeowners Associations/Property Managers
We love our Homeowner's Associations and Property Managers. We know its important
to you to have nice properties and neighborhoods. We offer very competitive bids for work in apartment complexes, shopping
complexes, deed restricted neighborhoods with pool and common areas. We have 2 machines with 300 feet of regular hose and
300 feet of high pressure hose. We are polite to tenants, and explain to them that they dont have to worry. When we finish
the only signs we were there are clean surfaces.
