Driveways
If you got one of our cards at your house and theres an estimate for work on the back of it, its probably
for your driveway. We charge as low as $40
for small one car driveways and work up from there. Unless you have a huge driveway you will probably not pay more than $100
to have it looking bright and clean. This is a great deal on getting your concrete cleaned because if you have ever tried
to pressure wash your driveway you probably know how long it takes and how dirty of a job it is. Most smaller driveways take
us less than an hour to clean so we can be in and out without disturbing your day. All we need is a working water faucet.

Pool Decks and Screen Enclosures
We charge as low as $50 for
pool decks and as low as $50 for
screen enclosures. All jobs are estimated based on difficulty of work, size of area to be cleaned, and material costs. We can
move deck furniture, repair screens, and we always skim the pool, and rinse everything off once the job is done
so you can enjoy your pool without having to lift a finger or worry about getting someone else to come by and finish
the job.

Shingle and Tile Roofs
Your roof is the crown of your castle for all to see, unfortunately algea doesnt care. We blend a unique
solution that will have your roof shining like new in no time. For shingle roofs we use a no-pressure system so we dont
take the grit off, and for tile roofs we get every corner and crevice. If you dont have gutters, we take extra care not
to harm your vegetation because we know it is just as important to the appearance of your house as your roof. Most pressure
washing businesses will charge $250-400 for one-story 3 bedroom houses. Not us. Typical single family homes can be done
in a morning or afternoon for as little as $150!!! If you have a tile roof, we charge the same amount per square foot for the no-pressure
cleaning, but we recommend to have the entire roof pressure cleaned because it will appear cleaner and stay clean longer.
